It's a pretty rug, but it sheads.This rug sheds a decent amount and isn’t very soft. If you have pets or are putting this rug in a high traffic area, probably not the best. My dogs nails keep getting caught on the little cotton balls all over the rug and snag and pull them out. Beautiful rug, just for looks in my opinionThe muted dark pink color is perfect and matches the mood I was looking to create in my master bedroom. It feels soft underfoot and gives warmth to the room. I love the handmade look of it and appreciate the fact that the rug is not perfect. It rolled out and was flat almost immediately. So far not much shedding but it's wool and I do expect some, but it's worth it for a wool rug. It was exactly what I was hoping for, and luckily, I was not disappointed. If you are expecting perfectly symmetric weaving, this is not the rug for you. But if you want a rug with character and definition, you cannot go wrong. I think it a versatile rug that can complement many different aesthetics.The “BEIGE” color is NOT BEIGE!! IT’S GREY! And if you look at my pictures, you can easily see that it’s gray when compared to my grey counterstools, and in contrast to my gold side table & brown arm chairs! I’m extremely annoyed because this rug was a pain to open since it’s so large & heavy— I am not looking forward to doing this return ?This says it’s grey. But it is not. If you truly want a grey option. You will be better off looking at either the ivory or beige options. The “grey” option is more like black. Very disappointed.I regretted that I did not return this rug within the time frame allowed. I thought with time the polling would go away but after several vacuuming sessions (since 2020) the pilling still an issue. You can walk on this and left with white fibers on your feet. Since the fibers are not synthetic, an allergic person to animals would be affected by this rug and it arrives with a gamey smell, which was removed after a professional wash. It is cute but it is not worth it.Like this runner a lot. It’s very pretty & exactly as shown. Only thing I could say I wish was different - would like for it to be thicker. Overall good purchase.Guys. This rug is beautiful. It's soft. It's good for the environment and didn't smell AT ALL. The shedding, though is horrendous! We look like we have an animal in our home 24/7. It drives me crazy, as this is the main reason we don't have a pet- I hate hair. Please look elsewhere if this will be used in a high-traffic area. It will drive you nuts. Now, if it's mainly for looks and some comfort, go for it. It's SO soft and beautiful.
