The rugs I received are just like the picture and the quality was better than expected. I had one little situation and instead of just returning my rugs, I took a moment and contacted the company.Not only do they have great prices, but they stand behind their products. They offer a variety of sizes, colors, and styles of quality rugs. I had recently e mailed the company about something I needed help with. I wasn't even sure if I would get a response. My e mail was replied to within several hours, not just by one of their representatives but two. The communication with this company was so easy and so clear. I was really impressed and happy. Another thing I want to mention is the quality. My rugs came in a regular box, no fancy packaging. I was a little unsure about this but one of their representatives explained to me why they ship it "plainly". I like this because I'm not paying extra for packaging and receiving less quality. Garland Carpet and Rug puts that money into making quality products, rather than extra packaging that goes right into the trash.There was no strong chemical smell, nothing suspicious about my items, and I now know that this company will stand behind their products. They care about their image and want every customer of theirs to be satisfied and happy with their purchase. I'm getting ready to place another order from them.
